					<description>Yep, and I was using it with wired ethernet, still didn't work. Fusion definitely needs some work, it will be nice when it's done though.</description>

					<description>VMware Fusion is still in Beta and has a frustrating bug in bridged mode.  It will only work on a physical Ethernet connection.  Not on the wireless one.  In NAT mode, things are even worse as you'll have to edit the VMware configuration file.  There is some info on the VMware forums about this.
