InfoWorld is reporting that VMWare desktop for Mac has the code name “Fusion”. I’m dying to get my hands on a copy of that thing. I didn’t get into the beta. We use Parallels extensively and I think it’s great, but I also need to do a lot of work with VMWare which we currently run on Linux. Well, unless you want to run VMWare within Windows running under Parallels which does actually work(more or less) but that’s a wonky way to do things especially when you’re stuck with only 2GB of RAM.
